Errand Solutions, a concierge service that provides employers with "Sanity Savers" to do their employees errands, received a Challenge Grant from CCV to help offset costs associated with managing their growing business.
The company used the grant to improve sales processes and procedures, general sales oversight and staffing assessment to determine the best approach for successful expansion. With CCV’s assistance and more than $9 million in potential accounts in its pipeline, Errand Solutions expected to see a dramatic increase in its top line revenue.
A year after receiving the grant, the company reported a 110% sales increase, and had added so many employees for the new accounts it had to move offices to accommodate its growing workforce.
