CCV understands that small business development is one aspect of community development. Therefore, we partner with community-based organizations to offer a more comprehensive approach to neighborhood revitalization.
The GIS Site Selector Tool allows users to get an in depth look at Chicago's neighborhoods, the first step to any community engagement, by providing demographic information, consumer expenditure reports and business and workforce information. Based on this information, CCV is able to tailor and offer our consulting and financial services collectively to the community's small businesses through Place-Based Small Business Development. By creating a business infrastructure in the community, CCV fosters collaboration among the businesses to attract both new customers and businesses to the neighborhood.
